EXCHANGE:
Any product purchased from the Shahjahan online store is eligible for exchange through the Online Store ONLY, provided it remains unused and retains its original label and tag (Exchanges are only available for cases where the incorrect order is delivered or the product is found to be faulty). This policy is applicable to local orders exclusively.
- For international orders, exchanges are only allowed if we deliver the wrong order or the product is faulty.
- For products on Sale, exchanges are permitted only in case of an incorrect order delivery.
- The Exchange Policy is valid within 14 days after the goods are delivered.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
Shahjahan does not entertain an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you can request an exchange if you have received the wrong item or if the item you received is faulty or damaged. In such a scenario, please contact our customer service center by emailing us at xyz@shahjahan.pk, providing your order number for our customer care representative to arrange the correct exchange for you.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing the tracking information. After the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Shahjahan reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as items being out of stock, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments by the issuing financial institution.
